Underdog - Season 3 Episode 7 The Big Dipper, Part 3
6.20 10 minutes Simon and Cad have drained the Atlantic Ocean and they've defeated Underdog. They return to the USA where the people are demanding their water back. But Simon says, "Unless You do as Simon says, you'll get no water!" Polly finds it hard to believe that all of the world's waters are in little jars held by Simon. Seeing that the world needs a further demonstration of his machine's awesome power over them, Simon takes out a jar that contains what was once his swimming pool and places it into his machine. He turns it on and fresh clean waters come from the Big Dipper's hose, filling Simon's pool. The people of the world begin to do what Simon Says and it seems as if the mad scientist has won!
